It is a methodology that aims to streamline collaboration processes between BBVA and innovative companies. It consists in bringing together the key people of the bank and the company to work collaboratively in the definition, design and execution of a proof of concept (PoC) or pilot in an agile way.

How is the process?
Once the company is selected, a proof of concept or pilot is defined, analyzed and receives feedback from all the bank’s key areas and experts involved in the process, with the aim of making its execution viable.
How is it done?
Under Design Thinking dynamics, BBVA and the collaborating company define the proof of concept or pilot to be carried out, exploring strengths to enhance and weaknesses to improve.
